Darts Countr ("the app") is a dart-score-counting app. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.
We don't collect, store, or transmit any personal data ourselves. Darts Countr has no accounts, no sign-up, and no server backend.
Information you enter — player names, game type, checkout rule, and match history — is stored only on your device (via Android's local app storage) so your current game and past results are there when you reopen the app. This data never leaves your device and we never see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
The app shows a banner ad and a full-screen (interstitial) ad on the end-of-game screen, served by Google AdMob. We never show ads during live score entry.
AdMob may collect device and usage information (such as advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, under Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We don't control what AdMob collects — see Google's policy for details, including any controls over ad personalization.
The app offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. This purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing — the app never sees or stores your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.). We only store a local yes/no flag on your device recording whether the purchase was made, so the app knows to stop showing ads; that flag never leaves your device. Google's handling of the transaction itself is covered by Google Play's own terms and privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The app requests internet access, used to load ads and to process the optional ad-free purchase. No other device permissions are requested.
The app does not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting service.
Darts Countr is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
We may update this policy as the app changes (e.g., if crash reporting is added later). Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
